My Story
For more than 25 years, I worked alongside entrepreneurs, founders, designers, executives, and growing businesses in the fashion industry, helping people build companies, solve problems, and navigate change.
Â
While I loved the work, years of long hours, deadlines, and chronic stress eventually took a toll on my own body.
Â
Like many people, I searched for answers. That journey introduced me to Fascial Maneuvers, movement practices, breathwork, and a different way of understanding how the body adapts, protects, and responds to everyday life.
Â
What began as my own search for relief became a lifelong commitment to learning, practicing, and sharing what I have discovered with others.

My Approach
I use Fascial Maneuvers, manual techniques, and movement practices to help people unwind their bodies, reconnect with themselves, and support healthier movement patterns and nervous system regulation.
Â
Every person arrives with a different story. That is why every experience begins with listening.
Â
Together we explore how your body moves, how it responds, and what practices may best support you moving forward.

Create MoLove
Community has always been part of my purpose.
Â
I am the founder of Create MoLove, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting
young adults transitioning out of foster care through life skills, workforce readiness, mentorship, and wellness.
Â
As someone who experienced foster care myself, this work is deeply personal.

Meet Emma
Emma is a California native with over a decade of experience in the fashion industry. After years immersed in the fast-paced world of fashion, Emma felt called to explore a deeper connection between the mind, body, and nervous system.
In 2024, she began her own somatic healing journey an experience that inspired a new path centered around embodiment, breath, and self-discovery. Deepening her practice and training, Emma became a Soma IQâ„¢ certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner in 2026.
Today, she brings together her life experience, intuition, and somatic training to create space for others to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore the transformative power of breath and body-based healing.
