Meet Mo

Mo is a Fascial Maneuver Coach, movement specialist, and the founder of MoLove Wellness in Los Angeles.

 

With over two decades in the fashion industry, she developed a deep understanding of structure, form, and presentation—skills that now inform how she works with the body.

 

Her transition into the wellness space was not just a career shift, but an evolution.

 

Through years of exploration, training, and personal practice, she developed a method that blends physical movement with internal awareness.

 

Known as “The Fascia-nista,” Mo brings a refined, intuitive approach to how the body moves, adapts, and expresses.

At MoLove Wellness, the focus is not only on releasing tension—but on developing a deeper relationship with your body.

This means:

The result is not just physical change—but a shift in how you carry yourself, move through space, and experience daily life.
